Grilled Peaches and Cream

This is a perfect end of Summer treat.  It's good and better for you than some of the alternatives.  I also happen to think it's pretty to look at.

4 peaches
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

Topping
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon light-brown sugar
1 cup crushed amaretti cookies 
Cinnamon

Prepare Grilled Peaches by heating grill to medium-low. Halve and pit peaches; brush both sides with butter. Place peaches on grill; cover grill, and cook until charred and softened, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream and 1 tablespoon light-brown sugar. Spoon mixture over peaches; sprinkle with crushed amaretti cookies. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
