The time has come to introduce meat into my daughters diet. Yesterday I threw this together and she loved it. What baby wouldn't, it must be nice to have some variety added to your food.
12 oz chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1/3 C chicken broth, heated through
1/4 C par-boiled carrots
1/4 C cooked frozen or fresh peas
1/2 C cooked brown or white rice
Put ingredients into blender or food processor and puree to desired consistency. Serve. I freeze anything I am not serving that day, but you can also keep it in the fridge for about 2 days.
