Yesterday for Father's Day I was in charge of making dessert to take to my parents house. My dad said that ice cream and toppings would be sufficient, but I wanted to do something a little nicer. Enter the pudding cookie. I made this batch using banana pudding. I then served them with homemade vanilla ice milk and toppings. It tasted like a banana split! It was a fun twist on the traditional.
