Ice Cream Crunch

Tastes like fried ice cream without the "fried" part.  Happy Memorial Day!


Mix:
1 C chopped pecans
1 C brown sugar
1 C shredded coconut
1 C rice crispies
1/2 cup melted butter


Place 1/2 in 9x13 pan and then put 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream in and top with remaining topping.  Freeze until serving.
Serve with hot fudge and/or the boxed strawberry or raspberry danish dessert with sliced strawberries added.  (It's good by itself too!)
